The International Non-Olympic Committee (INOC), is controlling body of the International Non-Olympic Sports, a registered sports governing body and the INOC has been legally incorporated under Indian Law and established in 25th March 1997 and the INOC has taken new sport named as "Sports Karate" and its International governing body i.e. World Sports Karate Federation(WSKE), has been registered sport governing body under Indian Law established and Merged with International Non-Olympic Committee-INOC with full of its legal control and administration on WSKE. The World Sports Karate Federation (WSKE) was discussed by a small group of karate Masters on 29th April 2005 in India. Master T.Paandiraj was founder of WSKE.Master decided to start this federation in large manner but unfortunately Master Paandiraj met one accident and he died. for two year we not discuss about WSKF but now Master T.Paandiraj student Sensei N.Thyagu decided to Start this Federation as a name of “World Sports Karate Federation(WSKE)” by good Knowledged persons and Sports Personality Persons as Committee members.

The WSKE, President Mohd. Seraj Ansari (India) Founder & Secretary General-INOC with the aims to popularize the Non-Olympic Sports and INOC-Charter as well as generating funds for all Non-Olympic Sports, which are the members of International Non-Olympic Committee-INOC and National Non-Olympic Committee-NNOCs further funds for its International Sports Federations and National Sports Federations, which shall manage through INOC and NNOCs of their respective country.
When we are thinking about the history of the martial arts the way it was founded we know Buddhist monks in INDIA have created this martial arts to protect their valuable belonging from the thieves. Finally they used it as exercise also to continue their good health. Later, one of their Indian Buddhist monk called BODHI DHARMA went to china to develop Buddhism. He introduced these martial arts also to the Chinese Buddhist monks. From then on gradually Martial Arts (Karate) became very popular to the whole world with hundreds of difference style for every one to practice.
Non-Olympic Festival in Russia
In this world every Martial Arts Player and Masters knows Buddhist monks in INDIA have created these martial arts to protect their valuable belonging from the thieves. Finally it may Called as “Karate”. The existing International Karate Organizations are either pure style federations or multi-style groups which accept only one National Sports Karate Federation per country. Therefore many federations and associations are left outside of the Karate world.WSKE offers an important option for such groups in which all the different styles and federations can join a World body and fraternity, without having to compromise their style or size. In order that there are opportunities for all, the WSKE accepts International federation also but also want to get approval from National Sports Karate federation in their own country. The WSKE will obey the International Non-Olympic Committee and WSKE helps to develop Non-Olympic Sports till the Non-Olympic Sports will get international recognition.
